I knew that Big Brown would not be our Triple Crown winner.
He did not look like one.
He did not run like one.
He had the heart yes...
But obviously not the drive.
They just don't make them like they used to, eh?

But I hated Big Brown from the start.
He's not impressive.
And obviously not our Triple Crown champion.
They sure as hell don't make 'em like they used to.
I mean, COME ON.
What kind of champion of the previous two races
comes in last?
AND NO. Don't you dare tell me it was his damn foot.
Because it wasn't.
He was just not our horse.
'Nough said.
With my new rule and all,
with you having to ask for bigger
pictures of my Max stock...I'd just
like you all to know...
If you ask me by commenting on the picture...

I agree with that, too. Not as much care is taken, and I don't like the way they treat breeding stock. A lot of sires are kept in boxes all day, and mares are just baby-making machines. And then there's that whole deal with the "nurse mares" who have babies just to produce milk for future racers, because the actual dam is re-bred right away. The nurse mare's actually baby is culled, too. It's awful.
Racing has gone so downhill.
